Cedar Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation offers short-term rehabilitation 7 days-a-week, up to twice a day, featuring state-of-the-art therapy and treatment. Our program encourages patients to function at their maximum potential and reach a comfortable level of independence as quickly as possible.

Cedar Manor's rehabilitation unit features a variety of treatment modalities, including our hand-carved steps for mobility retraining and our activities-of-daily-living kitchen where residents can use adaptive devices to re-learn basic kitchen and daily living activities.

Under the direction of our Medical Director, physical, occupational and speech therapists establish individual goals for each resident upon admission and provide intensive treatment for rehabilitation patients working with the interdisciplinary team of professionals. Therapists will often visit the patient's home prior to discharge to be sure the environment is safe and accessible.

At Cedar Manor, we know that short-term rehabilitation residents are anxious to recover and return home as soon as possible so rehabilitation is offered seven days-a-week to accommodate those receiving intensive physical and occupational therapy.
